Coaches Must Master Energy

There is a new imperative for coaches – and that is to help leaders and managers understand how to release the energy of their people and their teams. Achieving Goals

Professor Richard Wiseman, in his book 59 Seconds, shares the results of his large scale scientific study into the psychology of motivation. The research showed the following 5 tools are the ones that significantly increases the likelihood of people successfully achieving their goals. Have a plan and break it down into a series of sub-goals which helps remove fear and hesitation.
